Hey team,

We are back!

So WHOOP just dropped something interesting, and I've been thinking about what it means for coaches like us.

What happened: They partnered with Quest Diagnostics to add bloodwork to their app. Now their members can book labs, get results, and see everything alongside their sleep scores, HRV, and strain data all in one place.Pretty slick, right?

Here's the thing, though: WHOOP isn't the only one doing this. Ultrahuman, Levels, Superpower, Function Health, InsideTracker, everyone's racing to combine wearables with lab testing. They're all using the same labs (Quest or Labcorp), which means the tech part? It's basically commoditized. The real differentiator is trust and personalized guidance. And that's where it gets interesting for us.

Why This Matters to You: Look, these platforms are creating incredibly sophisticated data streams. Your clients are getting more information than ever. But here's what I'm seeing in my industry, and I bet you're seeing it too:

More data is creating more confusion.

A client gets their WHOOP report. HRV is down. Cortisol is elevated. Vitamin D is low. Sleep quality dropped 15%. Cool. Now what? The app gives them generic advice. "Consider reducing training load." "You may want to supplement vitamin D." "Prioritize sleep."But they're paying you because they need someone who actually knows them. Someone who can say, "Yeah, your HRV is down, but I also know you just switched to morning workouts, you're stressed about that work deadline, and you've been skipping your cool-downs. Here's what we're actually going to do about it."That's the gap. And it's a massive opportunity.

How I'm Thinking About This (And What You Might Want to Try):
